Omies Center for General Trading (“Omies Center G.T”, مركز عميص للتجارة العامة) is a wholesale business beside Al Raee Hospital, Ghazieh, Lebanon. We run the Omies Center G.T app (OCGT) — on the web at ocgt.centeromies.com and on Google Play — which lets shops and traders with a wholesale account with us order, see prices and follow their account. Our salesmen and staff use the same app. This policy explains what the app collects, why, who can see it, and how to delete it.

Customer accounts belong to shops and traders that already have a customer account (an account number) in our accounting system. You either sign up yourself with that account number, or our salesman opens your shop and gives you a login. Staff and salesman accounts are created by us. Anyone can browse the catalogue as a guest without an account.
You give us your information when you sign up or accept a login, fill in your details and place orders. By doing that you agree to this policy. Your phone asks you separately before the app may use the camera, the microphone or send notifications — you can refuse them and still order.
Withdrawing consent: you can turn off notifications, camera and microphone at any time in your phone's settings, remove your profile photo, or delete your account (see Deleting your account).
Only what we need to take your orders, deliver them and keep our accounts. We do not buy information about you from anyone.

| Device information | Device and browser type, when you last used the app, the devices signed in to your account (each account has a device limit) and a notification token if you allow notifications. |
Browsing as a guest, opening a price-list link we sent you, or using the price checker in our store signs you in anonymously. If a guest asks us to open an account, we keep the name, phone, location and list they send. To stop abuse we keep short counters — including your internet address — for 3 days.
In the app: open your profile → Delete my account → confirm. It cannot be done while you have an open order (not yet delivered or cancelled) — wait for it or cancel it first.
Your orders and invoices, and your balance and statement in our accounting system — we must keep accounting records. Deleting the app account does not cancel any amount owed. We also keep a short internal note that the account was deleted (no phone, address or location).
You can sign up again later with your account number.
Staff and salesmen: your account is managed by us — ask us to delete it. Attendance, salary and sales records are kept as the law requires.
The app keeps some things on your own phone so it is fast and works with a weak signal: your sign-in, your cart, your language and theme, a copy of the product list and photos, the accounts saved on this device (never their passwords) and, for salesmen, orders waiting to be sent. They stay on your device and are cleared when you sign out or clear the app's data.
OCGT is a business app for shops, traders and our staff. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Your data is held on Google Firebase and protected by rules that limit each account to what it may see. Connections use HTTPS. No system is perfect; if anything ever goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Meaningful changes will also be announced in the app.
This policy and our handling of your information are governed by the laws of the Lebanese Republic, including Law No. 81 of 2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data. Lebanese courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about it.

حسابات الزبائن مخصّصة للمتاجر والتجّار الذين لديهم حساب زبون (رقم حساب) في نظامنا المحاسبي. إمّا أن تسجّل بنفسك برقم حسابك، أو يفتح مندوبنا متجرك ويعطيك حساب دخول. حسابات الموظفين والمندوبين ننشئها نحن. ويمكن لأي شخص تصفّح الأصناف كزائر من دون حساب.
تعطينا معلوماتك عندما تسجّل أو تقبل حساب الدخول، وتملأ بياناتك، وتقدّم طلباتك. وبذلك توافق على هذه السياسة. ويطلب هاتفك إذنك بشكل منفصل قبل استخدام الكاميرا أو الميكروفون أو إرسال الإشعارات — ويمكنك الرفض ومتابعة الطلب عادياً.
سحب الموافقة: يمكنك إيقاف الإشعارات والكاميرا والميكروفون في أي وقت من إعدادات هاتفك، أو إزالة صورتك، أو حذف حسابك (انظر حذف حسابك).
فقط ما نحتاجه لاستلام طلباتك وتوصيلها وضبط حساباتنا. لا نشتري أي معلومات عنك من أي جهة.

التصفّح كزائر، أو فتح رابط قائمة أسعار أرسلناه إليك، أو استخدام جهاز فحص الأسعار في متجرنا، يتمّ بدخول مجهول. إذا طلب زائر فتح حساب نحتفظ بالاسم والهاتف والموقع والقائمة التي يرسلها. ولمنع إساءة الاستخدام نحتفظ بعدّادات قصيرة — تشمل عنوان الإنترنت — لمدة 3 أيام.
من التطبيق: افتح ملفك ← احذف حسابي ← أكّد. لا يمكن ذلك ما دام لديك طلب مفتوح (لم يُسلَّم أو يُلغَ بعد) — انتظر تسليمه أو ألغِه أولاً.
طلباتك وفواتيرك، ورصيدك وكشف حسابك في نظامنا المحاسبي — فنحن ملزمون بالاحتفاظ بالسجلات المحاسبية. حذف حساب التطبيق لا يُلغي أي مبلغ مستحق. كما نحتفظ بملاحظة داخلية قصيرة بأن الحساب حُذف (من دون هاتف أو عنوان أو موقع).
يمكنك التسجيل من جديد لاحقاً برقم حسابك.
الموظفون والمندوبون: حساباتكم نديرها نحن — اطلبوا منّا حذفها. ونحتفظ بسجلات الحضور والرواتب والمبيعات كما يفرض القانون.
يحفظ التطبيق بعض الأشياء على هاتفك ليكون سريعاً ويعمل مع إشارة ضعيفة: تسجيل دخولك، وسلّتك، ولغتك ومظهرك، ونسخة من قائمة الأصناف وصورها، والحسابات المحفوظة على هذا الجهاز (من دون كلمات مرورها)، وللمندوبين الطلبات التي تنتظر الإرسال. تبقى على جهازك وتُمسح عند تسجيل الخروج أو مسح بيانات التطبيق.
OCGT تطبيق تجاري للمتاجر والتجّار وموظفينا، وليس موجّهاً للأطفال، ولا نجمع عن علم أي معلومات ممّن هم دون 18 عاماً.
بياناتك محفوظة على Google Firebase ومحمية بقواعد تحصر كل حساب بما يحقّ له رؤيته، والاتصالات مشفّرة عبر HTTPS. لا يوجد نظام مثالي، وإذا حدث أي خلل يمسّك سنخبرك به.
إذا عدّلنا هذه السياسة سنحدّث التاريخ في أعلى الصفحة، وسنعلن عن التغييرات المهمة داخل التطبيق أيضاً.
تخضع هذه السياسة وتعاملنا مع معلوماتك لقوانين الجمهورية اللبنانية، بما فيها القانون رقم 81 لعام 2018 المتعلق بالمعاملات الإلكترونية والبيانات ذات الطابع الشخصي. والمحاكم اللبنانية هي المختصة بأي نزاع بشأنها.
