Omies Mart Center is a grocery shop in Aaba, Nabatieh District, Lebanon. We run the OMC app, which lets customers order groceries for delivery. This policy explains what the app collects, why, who can see it, and how to delete it.
You give us your information when you create an account, fill in your profile and place an order. By doing those things you agree to this policy. We ask separately, through your phone, before we may send notifications or read your location — and you can refuse those and still shop.
Withdrawing consent: you can turn off notifications and location at any time in your phone's settings, remove your photo from your profile, or delete your account entirely (see Deleting your account). We keep no right to carry on using your information after you delete it, beyond the anonymous sales record explained below.
We only collect what the app needs to take an order and deliver it. We do not buy information about you from anyone else.

| Device information | Whether you installed the app, the type of device (iPhone / Android / computer), when you last opened it, and a notification token if you allow notifications. |
| Searches that found nothing | Recorded so we know which products to start stocking. |
You can delete your account yourself, at any time:
In the app: open your profile → Delete my account → confirm.
Your account stops working immediately. Nothing is erased for 30 days — if you change your mind, just sign in again within that time and everything is restored. After 30 days it is deleted permanently and cannot be recovered.
Your sign-in, name, phone, email, addresses, map pin, date of birth, profile photo, saved cart, notification token, coin balance and history, ratings, complaints and your device records.
The sales record of past orders, with your personal details removed. We are required to keep accounting records; the anonymous order that remains cannot be traced back to you.
Any OMC Coins you have are lost and cannot be given back. The app warns you about this before you confirm.
The app stores some things on your own phone so it works properly and offline: your sign-in session, your cart, your language and theme choice, and a copy of the product list. This stays on your device and is cleared when you sign out or clear your browser data.
The OMC app is meant for adults doing their household shopping. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Your data is held on Google Firebase and protected by rules that limit each account to its own information. Connections use HTTPS. No system is perfect, so if anything ever goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Meaningful changes will also be announced in the app.
This policy and our handling of your information are governed by the laws of the Lebanese Republic, including Law No. 81 of 2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data. Lebanese courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about it.

Omies Mart Center متجر بقالة في عبا، قضاء النبطية، لبنان. ندير تطبيق OMC الذي يتيح للزبائن طلب المواد الغذائية إلى منازلهم. توضح هذه السياسة ما يجمعه التطبيق، ولماذا، ومن يستطيع الاطلاع عليه، وكيف تحذفه.
تعطينا معلوماتك عندما تنشئ حساباً وتملأ ملفك الشخصي وتقدّم طلباً. وبقيامك بذلك فإنك توافق على هذه السياسة. أما الإشعارات وقراءة موقعك فنطلب إذنك لهما بشكل منفصل عبر هاتفك — ويمكنك رفضهما ومتابعة التسوّق عادياً.
سحب الموافقة: يمكنك إيقاف الإشعارات والموقع في أي وقت من إعدادات هاتفك، أو إزالة صورتك من ملفك، أو حذف حسابك بالكامل (انظر حذف حسابك). لا نحتفظ بأي حق في متابعة استخدام معلوماتك بعد حذفها، باستثناء سجل المبيعات المجهول الموضّح أدناه.
نجمع فقط ما يحتاجه التطبيق لاستلام طلبك وتوصيله. لا نشتري أي معلومات عنك من أي جهة أخرى.

يمكنك حذف حسابك بنفسك في أي وقت:
من التطبيق: افتح ملفك الشخصي ← حذف حسابي ← أكّد.
يتوقف حسابك عن العمل فوراً. لا يُمحى شيء لمدة 30 يوماً — إذا غيّرت رأيك، سجّل الدخول خلال هذه المدة ويعود كل شيء. بعد 30 يوماً يُحذف نهائياً ولا يمكن استرجاعه.
وسيلة دخولك واسمك وهاتفك وبريدك وعناوينك وموقعك وتاريخ ميلادك وصورتك وسلتك المحفوظة ورمز الإشعارات ورصيد نقاطك وسجلها وتقييماتك وشكاواك وسجلات جهازك.
سجل مبيعات الطلبات السابقة، بعد إزالة معلوماتك الشخصية منه. نحن ملزمون بحفظ السجلات المحاسبية، والطلب المجهول الذي يبقى لا يمكن ربطه بك.
تفقد نقاط OMC ولا يمكن إعادتها. ينبّهك التطبيق إلى ذلك قبل التأكيد.
يحفظ التطبيق بعض الأشياء على هاتفك ليعمل بشكل صحيح وبدون إنترنت: جلسة دخولك، وسلتك، واختيارك للغة والمظهر، ونسخة من قائمة المنتجات. تبقى هذه على جهازك وتُمحى عند تسجيل الخروج أو مسح بيانات المتصفح.
تطبيق OMC مخصص للبالغين لشراء حاجيات المنزل. ليس موجهاً للأطفال، ولا نجمع عن قصد معلومات من أي شخص دون 13 عاماً. إذا كنت تعتقد أن طفلاً أنشأ حساباً، تواصل معنا وسنحذفه.
بياناتك محفوظة على Google Firebase ومحمية بقواعد تحصر كل حساب بمعلوماته وحده، والاتصالات مشفّرة عبر HTTPS. لا يوجد نظام مثالي، وإذا حدث أي خلل يمسّك سنخبرك به.
إذا عدّلنا هذه السياسة سنحدّث التاريخ في أعلى الصفحة، وسنعلن عن التغييرات المهمة داخل التطبيق أيضاً.
تخضع هذه السياسة وتعاملنا مع معلوماتك لقوانين الجمهورية اللبنانية، بما فيها القانون رقم 81 لعام 2018 المتعلق بالمعاملات الإلكترونية والبيانات ذات الطابع الشخصي. والمحاكم اللبنانية هي المختصة بأي نزاع بشأنها.
